About the Training

This training offers an empowering and dynamic approach to learning, living, and teaching Integrated Vinyasa™ Yoga. Rooted in intelligent, natural evolutionary movement patterns, this practice emphasizes both the physical and subtle inner work of yoga. Integrated Vinyasa™ bridges the polarities of alignment and flow, anatomy and energetics, engagement and relaxation, structure and spontaneity, and work and play. More than just a style of yoga, it illuminates our deep connection with nature and offers an energetically sustainable approach to living fully.

Who Is This For?

This Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training program is ideal for aspiring teachers who have at least 1-2 years of consistent yoga practice. It provides a strong foundation in yogic tradition while translating its wisdom into modern, accessible teaching methods.
