Balance, Restore, and Energize your Digestive System with this Mobility and Meditation Based Sound Journey
In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, and especially after the holiday season, it's essential to take a moment to pause, digest, and restore balance within ourselves. "Organ Detox Sound Healing" offers you the perfect opportunity to do just that.
To begin, we will engage in a collective welcoming exercise. Then, we will immerse ourselves in gentle breath work and nourishing movements and postures which aid in digestion, improve circulation and promote deep relaxation. The exercises are aimed at enhancing oxygenation, reducing stress, and supporting the natural detoxification processes of your body.
After slowing down your heart rate and settling into a comfortable position, we will utilize most of our time together to co-create a powerful and immersive sound healing journey. Allowing the soothing vibrations to wash over you and recalibrate your body's energy centers and channels will promote an inner sense of balance and well-being, easing tension and bringing a deep sense of calm and clarity to your brain and body.
About Sound Healing:
A sound healing session involves reclining the body and immersing oneself in soothing sounds and vibrations created by a unique blend of sacred instruments. The instruments include an array of Crystal and Metal Singing Bowls; Hand, Thai, Wind, and Planetary Gongs; Copper and Koshi Chimes; Buffalo, Tongue, and Ocean Drums; and more!
As you rest, each wave of sound will be carefully selected to provide you with a grounding, multi-dimensional and rejuvenating experience. The aim when playing is to slow down your brainwave state to theta, allowing you to tap into a deep state of restoration and connect with your subconscious. For this event, practitioners will experience many notes which resonate with the throat and upper- and lower-abdomens to continue on our journey of digestive healing.
As you enter a state of deep relaxation, your body's stress response will be minimized. This can have a positive impact on the digestive system because chronic stress often leads to digestive problems. By reducing stress, the sound immersion creates a more favorable environment for healthy choices, improved digestion and nutrient absorption, better circulation of energy and bodily fluids, and advances the detoxification processes of the autonomic nervous system.
Important Information:
Please refrain from consuming food within one to two hours before joining this event, as sound waves travel better though water rather though matter or waste.
Please dress comfortably. Loose clothing (layers) and socks are recommended.
The studio has props, but feel free to bring your own mat(s), blanket(s), cushion(s), pillow(s), eye cover(s), and or bolster(s).
Please feel free to bring anything else which will make you feel more at home in our space, such as a journal, artifact, essential oil, feather and or crystal/stone.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Allow enough time upon arrival for you to park, introduce yourself, use the restroom and ground into the space.

Relax, Rejuvenate, and Rekindle your Romantic Relationship through the Bliss of Reflexology and Soothing Soundscapes.
Reflexology with Sound Meditation
This February, escape the ordinary Valentines date and embark on a truly enchanting journey of love and relaxation with our heartfelt journey - The Couples Reflexology and Sound Meditation. Join us for a magical evening where you and your partner can connect, unwind, and rejuvenate your love for one another.
About Reflexology:
Experience the healing power of touch as you and your partner enjoy a relaxing lesson on reflexology.
Reflexology is a holistic healing practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears to stimulate corresponding areas or organs in the body. It is based on the belief that these reflex points are connected to various parts of the body through energy pathways.
Reflexology not only promotes physical well-being but also enhances the emotional connection between partners. Practicing reflexology and incorporating touch and massage into your romantic relationship can enhance the overall quality of your partnership by reducing stress, promoting intimacy, improving communication, and fostering trust and vulnerability. It's a meaningful way to connect with your partner on multiple levels and create a deeper, more fulfilling relationship.
About Sound Healing:
Together, we will let the vibrations wash away stress and tension, creating a serene and loving atmosphere.
A sound meditation involves reclining the body and immersing oneself in soothing sounds and vibrations created by a unique blend of sacred instruments. The array of instruments include Crystal and Metal Singing Bowls; Hand, Thai, Wind, and Planetary Gongs; Copper and Koshi Chimes; Buffalo, Tongue, and Ocean Drums; and more!

The aim when playing is to slow down your brainwave state to theta, allowing you to tap into a deep state of restoration and connect with your subconscious. For this event, you will experience many notes which resonate with the heart to continue on our journey of love and connection.
As you enter a state of deep relaxation, your body's stress response will be minimized. Reduced stress levels can release built-up tension leading to improved communication and lessen irritability, creating a more harmonious atmosphere for the relationship. Couples can use this opportunity to listen to each other with greater attention and compassion. This heightened awareness can allow each partner to express their thoughts, feelings and needs more effectively. As stress decreases and connection increases, couples may find that their passion for each other is reignited. The renewed sense of closeness and emotional intimacy can lead to a more vibrant romantic love life.

Yoga props are often overlooked in a typical Vinyasa class, when in fact they can be so beneficial to enhance your practice.
Props are good for beginners and seasoned yogis alike to use. Using props does not mean you are cheating, or taking the easy approach to a pose. There are a variety of ways that you can use props within a yoga class...for accessibility, alignment, strength building, flexibility and reseting the nervous system.
Join Danielle for a 75 min workshop designed to explore and understand the power of using props.
